| Okay, this is more a history of my HP addiction than a bio, really, but here goes (beware of spoilers if you haven't read all the books): Believe it or not, I was not at all interested in Harry Potter until shortly before 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire' came out. However, once I did start reading the books, I couldn't put them down, and am now just about as obsessed a fan as you'll find anywhere, I should think. There was a time when I was able to conceal that obsession from the Muggles around me, but that is no longer the case, it is now widely known that I am a Potterholic. Not only that, but I have been subject to a severe case of Moony Mania since I first read 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban', and there probably aren't many passages of the books involving our favourite werewolf that I can't practically recite off by heart. I confess that after the release of 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix', when some started suggesting Remus and Tonks would make a good couple, I really couldn't picture it. 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince', however, definitely convinced me, and now I can't imagine a more perfect couple than those two. 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows' had me trembling and, occasionally, whooping with joy for the pair of them. The end has left me feeling nothing short of devastated, and given me a great fondness for little Teddy Remus Lupin already. I think I may have to start working on another little fic to deal with it, actually. Apart from the fic I have posted so far here on Wolfsbane, I have also been working for 4 (!) years on a MWPP era fic on another site, to which I will gladly provide the link on request, as I'm not sure links to other sites are allowed on here. It started out as a close to canon story, but having been started before the release of 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix', is now no longer entirely true to the books. | |

The Long Fight of Nymphadora Tonks by Holly Marsh   [Reviews - 15] This story endeavours to explain how Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks, apparently so different, became an item nonetheless, and to fill in a few gaps in the storyline of HBP. In Chapter One, before setting out to patrol the corridors of his old school in 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince', Remus finds himself reflecting on the very beginning of his acquaintance with Tonks.
